Yes, there are official documents to sign when you choose us to represent you in your home purchase. When you’re ready, we’ll send those to your email for your “e” signature

Our fee is typically 3% of the purchase price. And the best news is… the seller of the home you purchase will pay our fee. 😊 At closing, you should only be responsible for your closing costs and the down payment of any loans you’re using.

No problem! We help every step of the way when you build. Selecting a builder, a lot, a floorplan, even the colors and cabinets, etc. We represent your best interests, review the paperwork before you sign, attend the walk throughs and the closing when you receive your keys.
